I always like to visit Delaware because they are a great group of women, and of course it's Talia's chapter! My third visit to Phi Chi wasn't as busy as my previous two but I had a lot of fun hanging out on Main Street and seeing all the new member dates happening throughout the week.
One night during my visit they held a cute event, called PHIron Chef. It was for the new members to get to know the junior class so the juniors hosted a cooking event in the Courtyard Apartments (where all of AEPhi lives). I was staying there with some junior executive board members so I got to see all the cool stuff they baked. My apartment ended up winning the competition because they made cake balls and a cookie-covered cake. They also made these cute LML brownies!
Of course it wouldn't be a complete visit to UDel without a trip, or few, to Newark Deli & Bagel. I love NDB's tuna salad, thanks to Talia, so I may have ordered the same exact bagel multiple times that week. It's just so good.
The last couple days of my visit it almost started to feel like spring! There were some March showers but it was also super sunny and 60 degrees. After a frigid, snowy winter I was happy to see the pretty green quad!
